This property is located in the hills of San Buenas de Osa. It has views of the Pacific Ocean and the mouth of the Térraba River, where the rainforest meets the sea.

The land is composed of approximately 80% primary and secondary forest. There are five pre-leveled building sites positioned to allow separation between structures. Inside the property there are three waterfalls. Electricity and potable water connections are located about 200 meters from the property line.

San Buenas is located minutes from the San Buenas Golf Course and a short drive to Ojochal and the beaches of Uvita. The property can be used for a lodge project, multiple residences, or a private home surrounded by forest and water features.
