This 215 acre tract of raw land is located along the Osa's peninsular spine in the La Balsa district. The land sweeps down from the ridgeline toward the Golfo Dulce.
The propeerty is raw virgin primary rain forest with very little secondary and no pasturage. It has no vehicular access and can be reached by foot, horseback, and in the dry season, by quad.
